Send spammers to jail!
Finally, someone is doing something about spam!
You have to hit them where it hurts. Put these guys in jail for a long time, and cost them a lot of money. This should be the same way we deal with gun crimes, and illegal immigration. Hit the businesses that are breaking the law with hefty fines and jail time for the business principles.
I also think they should fine any company that makes money from spam. If you get a spam for any product and it can be traced back to that company, there should at least be fines levied on that company. They need to be held accountable for their advertising practices. If a company has an affiliate program, they should know how their products are being marketed. Stop spam by stopping the money from flowing.
